Tom brings over 13 years of experience in oil and gas operations, technology, and consulting. At PrePad, he leads sales strategy and works closely with operators to ensure our digital pre-planning platform drives efficiency, reduces execution risk, and delivers real value across the well lifecycle.
He began his career at Shell as a Completions Engineer, gaining hands-on field experience across Western Canada. With a background in mechanical engineering and deep digital expertise, Tom bridges operational insight with strategic execution.
Before joining PrePad, he held executive and advisory roles at digital twinning startups and helped scale the Canadian energy practice at a global consulting firm by 200% year over year.
