Lindsey Ahearn brings more than 15 years of expertise in recruitment, people operations, and talent management. She began her career in San Francisco, supporting high-growth technology startups in both in-house and agency settings before founding her own search firm, Forza Talent Partners.

Her career later expanded into the energy sector with Decca Energy, where she recruits top talent for drilling, completions, geothermal, and construction projects. This diverse background gives her a unique ability to connect skilled professionals with complex, technical industries.

Lindsey holds a degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley and is passionate about building teams that drive organizational success. At PrePad, she partners closely with the leadership team to strategically scale the company and position it for long-term growth.
